Order Processing

At Viral Health & Fitness, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days
  • Brazil Orders: up to 30 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information whenever available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment status.

Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

Orders may qualify for review if they remain in transit beyond:

  • 45 days for U.S. orders
  • 60 days for international orders
  • 110 days for Brazil orders

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Viral Health & Fitness is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order is processed.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • Images of the packaging and shipping label if applicable

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Viral Health & Fitness.
